Performance and Massage Therapy

If you are an avid exerciser, you may benefit greatly from massage therapy.  When you work out you are breaking your body down.  Muscles become tight and need some recovery.  While you may stretch frequently, you may not be able to lengthen all those muscles out.  Sometimes your body may develop trigger points, which are commonly called “knots”.  These knots are muscle fibers holding an above level of tension.  Some soft tissue work done by a qualified massage therapist will be able to help you out.  They can offer a multitude of techniques to help alleive, or eliminate your trigger points.
