Commit 2B fit Squat Challenge!

Need more movement throughout your workday? Stuck in a workout routine that doesn’t seem to challenge you. Try Commit 2B Fit, new fall challenges. Squat everyday for 30 days in a row, record your progress, show it to a HFC fitness staff and receive a free t-shirt.

The Challenge

1. Start with your chosen amount of squats on day 1.

2. Add add 1, 5 or 10 squats on each day for 30 days.

3. Split the amount of squats you have to do in one day up.

4. Attend a free squat form workshop Wednesday September 24 10:00 am in the Functional Training Room.
