Create a Healthy Routine!

routineStart the semester off by creating healthy habits. It takes the average person 66 days to form a new habit (Clear), about half way through the semester. It is important to create habits that fit your fitness goals, making accurate choices in the fitness center as well as in the dining hall. Don’t tell yourself you are going to go to the gym everyday at 5:00 am if you are not a morning person, set yourself up for success! Choose activities, meal and work out times that fit into your schedule and that you enjoy!

Feeling stuck in your routine? Be sure to ask one of our expert trainers for advice. It takes 300 repetitions to learn a new exercise but 5,000 repetitions to correct a poorly created pattern.
