Women’s Strength Training Course: Don’t Miss This One!

I know that a lot of you were unable to make it to my first round of women’s strength training. However, you don’t have to miss out again! We’re running another strength training course for women, starting this Tuesday from 12:10-12:55. The class will again run for four weeks, meeting twice per week, this time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Space is limited, so go reserve your spot ASAP!
