Staying Connected

      Often times we complain that we don’t have any time to get our workout in because we are “too busy”. Unfortunately, we need to understand that life is always going to get in our way, it is going continue to happen. When we make fitness goals that are important to us we are less likely to find excuses not to exercise. When we feel connected to the goals that we set we are more likely to follow through. So take a moment to establish SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Time-bound) goals, ones that really mean something to you. Set goals that you will be proud of accomplishing. So go out there and don’t let “life” get in the way of the athlete you want to become, accomplish something that will make you proud!
