Committing to Your Fitness

     Bozeman Montana has many avenues for getting an outside workout. Most of us choose to live here because of the amazing outlets for skiing, hiking, biking, trail running, climbing and fishing. It easy to get lost in the blissful surroundings of our workout and loose track of our fitness goals. Try not to become comfortable with the same trails or routes, and challenge yourself to try something new, maybe even more difficult. Make a commitment to yourself to avoid getting stuck in a trap of routine workouts. The human body easily adapts to routine workouts, give it a  little challenge . Maybe visit and register for a running race. So get out there and try something new, I dare you!
