Assessing your goals

In the fitness industry I am constantly listening to people discuss wanting to change their physique or their athletic abilities. When I hear these things I wonder what steps they are taking to achieve these desires. It is extremely important to consider your fitness goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly level. In order to create change awareness of the present is a must. Take a few minutes to consider where you are with your fitness, where you want to be and what needs to happen to bridge the gap.
