Functional Strength Workshops

Kevin Erickson will facilitate some functional strength hours during the month of October.  Make sure to drop in at the functional fitness area on the 2nd floor during these times:

  • Tuesdays from 2:10 – 3:00
  • Thursdays from 3:10 – 4:00
  • Thursdays from 6:10 – 7:00

Kevin and some of the other Fitness Staff will have the climbing rope, rings, sledge hammers, and tires for you to use; the Fitness Staff will be there to help you improve your technique and give you advice about how to sequence your exercises for a more functional workout.  This is an excellent way to train movements, not muscles.
